Required experience: 1-3 years;

Roles and responsibilities:

  • searching, managing and participating in bids;
  • receiving and working out clients offers, development of required documents;
  • identification of clients needs regarding company products and coordination of orders with clients in compliance with his needs and assortment availability;
  • working with documentation – development and conclusion of contracts, paperwork organization;
  • monitoring sites, trading facilities which manage state and commercial bids;
  • searching and selecting bids in accordance with operations peculiarities;
  • registration in trading facilities;
  • analysis of commercial profit from participation in the bid;
  • provision of information regarding delivery terms, guarantees, required certificates, licensees for participating in the bid.
  • ability to work with information by using contemporary technical communication means, personal computer and fax machine.
